Executive Committee
The Executive Committee of the Thermal Hydraulics Division (THD) of the American Nuclear Society is the governing body responsible for managing the Division's affairs. It consists of elected members, officers, and ex-officio members, with a maximum of 20 members serving three-year terms. The Committee has the authority to act on behalf of the Division in all matters, ensuring continuity and effective management. The Committee meets at least twice a year, to oversee the Division's activities, financial affairs, and adherence to the Society's bylaws and rules.

Officers
Chair: Igor Bolotnov
The Chair is responsible for overseeing the division's operations, ensuring its activities align with the broader objectives of the Society, while following the direction of the Executive Committee. They lead Executive Committee meetings and handle additional responsibilities as specified by the Bylaws, Rules, or as delegated by the Executive Committee. The Chair also participates in all division committees as an ex-officio member with voting rights and represents the division at meetings of the Society's Professional Divisions Committee and the Board of Directors.
Vice-Chair: Steve Bajorek
The Vice-Chair is the designated Chair-Elect and will automatically succeed to the position of Chair at the end of the term. The Vice-Chair assists the Chair in fulfilling the duties of the office and steps in to perform the Chair's responsibilities if the Chair is unable to serve. Additionally, the Vice-Chair accompanies the Chair in matters related to the Professional Divisions Committee, and serves as the editor of the Division newsletter.
Secretary: Ferry Roelofs
The Treasurer holds fiduciary responsibility and serves as the primary liaison with Society members involved in financial matters. They prepare financial statements and budgets, presenting both current and future projections to the Executive Committee at the Annual and Winter Meetings. Upon approval, the Treasurer submits the Division's budget to the Executive Director. Along with the Chair and Vice-Chair, the Treasurer has the authority to disburse Division funds. They also oversee the financial management of all sponsored meetings and events.
Treasurer: Dillon Shaver
