Dr. Jose Reyes (Oregon State University), the current Chair of the American Nuclear Society (ANS) Thermal Hydraulics Division (THD), introducing Dr. Wolfgang Wulff (Brookhaven National Laboratory), recipient of the THD 1998 Technical Achievement Award (TAA).
							Jose has already made the THD Best Paper Award announcement. Unfortunately, the Russian authors could not attend the ANS meeting. Here he presents the TAA plaque to Dr. Wulff.
